A Letter from God

Dear Reader,

In the beginning, I created the heavens and the earth. I said, "Let there be light," and there was light. I am the Lord God. This is what the Lord says:

There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks Me. All have sinned and fall short of My glory. Unfortunately, the wages of sin is death, because My judgments are true and righteous. This is the second death, the lake that burns with fire and sulfur.

But I am patient with you, not wanting any to perish, but all to come to repentance. I loved the world in this way: I gave My One and Only Son so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. I prove My own love for you in that while you were still a sinner, Christ died for you! I made the One who did not know sin to be sin for you, so that you may become My righteousness in Him. Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out. If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that I raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for My gift to you is eternal life in Christ Jesus your Lord.

And most certainly, the mystery of godliness is great: I was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among you Gentiles, believed on in the world, taken up in glory. Jesus and I are one, for in Him the entire fullness of My nature dwells bodily!

Trust in Me with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Me, and I will direct your paths. Go and sin no more.

Love,

God
